Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Premiere Plumbing Heating & Gas Services for plumbing and heating services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.

2. Services

We provide professional plumbing and heating services including but not limited to:

  • Boiler installation, repair, and servicing
  • Central heating installation and repair
  • Plumbing repairs and installations
  • Emergency callout services
  • Gas safety certificates

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if:

  • Additional work is required beyond the original scope
  • Unforeseen complications arise during the work
  • The client requests changes to the original specification

Any changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
  • For larger projects, staged payments may be required
  • Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late payment charges

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out charge.

Our Cancellations: We will make every effort to attend scheduled appointments. In rare cases where we must cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Parts and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties as applicable.

Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or work carried out by third parties.

7. Access and Safety

The client must provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the work area
  • Parking facilities where possible
  • Access to water and electricity if required
  • A clear and safe working environment

8. Gas Safe Registration

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in compliance with current gas safety regulations. We will provide Gas Safe certification upon completion of gas-related work.

9. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in performing our services, we cannot be held liable for damage caused by existing defects in your property, hidden defects discovered during work, or consequential losses arising from necessary repairs.

11. Complaints Procedure

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving all complaints quickly and fairly.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
